It’s back! The East Portland Summer Arts Festival, free. A Summer Free For All cultural event.

This year’s festival headliners are Grammy-nominated soul and R&B artist Allen Stone and Grammy-winning percussionist and pop icon Sheila E.

Jul 6 (Sat): Allen Stone, soul-stirring R&B melodies and energetic vibes.
Jul 7 (Sun): Sheila E., world famous singer, drummer and queen of percussion.

Attractions include multicultural music and dance performances, free drop-in music activities, arts and craft activities, and more. Portland Parks & Recreation's Community Music Center and Multnomah Arts Center staff will be on hand to join in the fun as well.
